Please join others in our beloved communities in a free or donation-based celebration of our dedication to healing and action. This celebration in song and sound will feature these immersive offerings: A liberation community song circle conducted by The Thrive Street Choir: Born to sing the music of the revolution. Calling the dreamers and resisters longing to show up in our movement; A concert of divine chanting and live performance by Copper Wimmin: Moving mountains three pebbles at a time aptly describes the ever-changing, pulsating vibrancy of their fiery brand of social consciousness; DjeRae: sings for their healing and yours. He uses his music, voice, and actions to create a world that liberates us all. A world in which Black Trans People are cherished, where gender is irrelevant, and where love is what we breathe. Ending with a beautiful and long savasana sound bath by Copper Wimmin. Plus, an activity sending mail to folks inside prison in support of the Ella Baker Center You are welcome to reserve your spot on a sliding scale from zero to whatever you like. Pay any amount or none ($1 minimum) - all are welcome. All proceeds will go to the performers and venue rental. In addition, you are invited to make a donation to an organization committed to our practices.
